Instructions
- Combine in a bowl the dry ingredients (corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt).
- Combine egg yolks with vanilla, half and half and margarine or butter; add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold into mixture.
- Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
