Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups bran flakes with fruit cereal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix the cereal and milk together in a large mixing bowl; let stand for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the egg and vegetable oil to the cereal-milk mixture.
  4. Mix thoroughly.

  6. Fill each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
