Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/4 cups hot water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • dash of red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon jello in 1 1/4 cups hot water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Stir in the tomato sauce, vinegar, red pepper, and horseradish.
  3. Add finely chopped onions, pepper, and celery if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Unmold and serve chilled.
