Ingredients

  • 3 cans chunk pineapple (20 oz.)
  • 3 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 jar cherries
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 small box vanilla tapioca pudding (not instant)
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding or tapioca pudding

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and cherries, reserving the juice.
  2. Combine the fruit juices to make 4 1/2 cups of liquid. Add additional orange juice if necessary.
  3. Use this juice to cook the vanilla and tapioca puddings until thick.
  4. Allow the puddings to cool completely.
  5. Mix the cooled pudding with all of the fruit except the bananas.
  6. Chop the bananas and add them when serving.
