- Line a jelly roll pan with foil and grease well.
- Line the foil with a layer of Club crackers and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Pour the hot mixture over the crackers in the pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the hot mixture.
- Allow the chocolate to melt, then spread evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
- Refrigerate until firm, then break into pieces and serve.
