Ingredients

  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. bourbon
  • 7 1/4 oz. crushed Nilla wafers
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Remove from heat.
  2. Add sugar, corn syrup, and bourbon to the melted chocolate.
  3. Mix in crushed Nilla wafers and chopped walnuts.
  4. Form teaspoon-sized portions into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in fine granulated sugar.
  6. Place in an airtight container and ferment for 48 to 72 hours before serving.
