Instructions
- Make dough by sifting 1 cup flour and 1/3 teaspoon of salt into a bowl.
- Add shortening with pastry blender until the consistency of coarse sand.
- Sprinkle with ice water and toss until balls of dough are formed.
- Form into a ball and chill one hour.
