Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 large avocados
  • garlic powder or salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • green onions, chopped (to taste)
  • 2 small cans green chile salsa, drained
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • grated Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer 1:
  2. Mash avocados.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Flavor with garlic powder or salt (to taste).
  5. Blend with mayonnaise.
