Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 package lemon Jello

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon Jello as directed on the package.
  2. Pour the prepared Jello into a 2 x 8 x 11-inch dish.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the Jello.
  4. Then add the diced avocado, diced celery, and chopped walnuts.
  5. Refrigerate until the Jello is set.
  6. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
  7. Garnish with a heaping teaspoonful of Miracle Whip blended with an equal portion of Cool Whip, if desired.
