Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 large avocado, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon jello in hot water.
  2. Add tomato sauce and vinegar to the dissolved jello and stir.
  3. When the mixture is partially set, add chopped avocados, green onions, and celery.
  4. Allow to fully set before serving.
