Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup picante sauce
  • 1/2 cup red and green peppers
  • 12 cocktail shrimp
  • 1 package 3-color pasta
  • 1/2 head lettuce

Instructions

  1. Boil and devein shrimp, then drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, picante sauce, and honey; then mix.
  3. Add red and green peppers, then stir.
  4. Add cooked shrimp and stir.
  5. Boil pasta and drain. While warm, add to the mixture and stir completely.
  6. When cool, spread over a bed of lettuce and serve with chips of your choice.
