Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 c. corn chips

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger; add onions and green pepper.
  2. Cook until onion is clear.
  3. Add corn, barbecue sauce and chili powder; mix well and heat through.
  4. Place 1 cup corn chips in 2-quart casserole.
  5. Cover with 1/2 of meat mixture, then 2/3 cup Cheez Whiz.
  6. Repeat chips and meat and top with Cheez Whiz.
  7. Bake at 375°
  8. for 25 minutes.
