Instructions
- Microwave eggplants on High for 10 to 11 minutes or until very soft.
- Peel eggplants and put into a blender.
- Add crushed garlic, lemon juice, and sesame paste to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until well mixed.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
- Serve as a dip with wedges of pita bread stuffed with sliced tomato.
