Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until light (5 minutes).
  2. Add salt, milk, flour, baking powder and mace.
  3. Mix together with melted butter; mix well.
  4. Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350°.
