Ingredients

  • 5 lb grated potatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can cream
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 onions
  • 1 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Mix grated potatoes, eggs, cream, salt, pepper, fried onions, oleo, and cooked bacon together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5 hours.
  4. Cut into squares and serve with sour cream.
