Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 small jar dried beef
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a baking dish with dried beef.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon.
  3. Place each wrapped chicken breast on top of the dried beef in the dish.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with pepper.
  6. Pour the soup and sour cream mixture over the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake uncovered at 250°F for 3 hours.
