  1. Prepare pancake mix according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Cut 1/3 pound of bacon into 1/4-inch pieces.
  3. Fry bacon pieces until crispy.
  4. Remove bacon and drain excess grease from the pan.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake mix into the frying pan.
  6. Sprinkle some bacon pieces onto the pancake batter in the pan.
  7. Cook until the pancake is done and golden brown.
  8. Spread margarine on the warm pancake.
  9. Serve with pancake syrup.
  10. Repeat the process until all pancake mix and bacon are used.
