Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the pineapple chunks in soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Wrap each pineapple chunk in half a slice of bacon.
  3. Microwave each bacon-wrapped pineapple for about 1 minute, turning as needed, until the bacon is done and crispy.
