Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • assorted toppings (e.g., pepperoni, broccoli, mushrooms, meat)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bagels in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add assorted toppings such as pepperoni, broccoli, mushrooms, or meat as desired.
  6. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over the toppings if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
