  3. In a baking dish or pan, add the beans, barbecue sauce, dark brown sugar, and chopped onions. Mix ingredients well.
  4. Arrange 2 slices of bacon and slices of onion on top.
  5. Bake in a 250°F (120°C) oven for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
