Ingredients

  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

  1. Mix bread crumbs, oleo, egg, salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Add scalded milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
