Ingredients

  • 10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box baked Bugles (plain)
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes. Roll each chicken breast in crushed Bugles and add a dash of salt and pepper.
  2. Place in baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
