  • 2 lb. catfish nuggets or 3 whole catfish
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish thoroughly.
  2. In a baking dish, add lemon juice, bay leaf, parsley, fish, butter, salt, pepper, and water.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
