Baked Cheesy Squash

- Prheat oven 400 Degrees
- Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Slice yellow squash (about 1/2 inch thick) and cook in about 1 cup water. Cook for 10 minutes and drain well.
- Meantime, combine eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, & butter. Stir well.
- After squash has drained, add it to the above mixture and stir well. Put into casserole dish.
- Combine TOPPING ingredients and sprinkle over squash.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
