Ingredients

  • 7 or 8 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Progresso bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, thyme, and basil in a bowl.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Place coated chicken nuggets on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Serve with barbecue or honey mustard sauce.
