Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick or pancake mix
  • shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes until set and golden.
