Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 to 2 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Thaw the fish fillets if frozen.
  2. Brush the fillets with salad oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  3. Arrange the fillets in a buttered shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
