Ingredients

  • sole or perch fillets (1 pkg.), defrosted
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and parsley flakes in a bowl.
  2. Place a single layer of defrosted fish fillets in a sprayed 8 x 11-inch baking pan.
  3. Pour the butter mixture over the fish fillets.
  4. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Ten minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle paprika over the fillets.
