- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line 5 custard cups with aluminum foil and set on a baking sheet.
- Cut fillets into long strips.
- On waxed paper, combine cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Coat fish strips with crumb mixture, dip in beaten egg with water, then coat again with crumbs.
- Lay coated fish strips flat on the table.
- Spread crab meat over each fish strip.
- Roll up each strip like a jelly roll and secure with wooden picks.
- Place a pat of butter or margarine in each cup.
- Place the fish roll on top of the butter in each cup.
- Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter or margarine.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
