Baked Fruit Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 large can peaches
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 1 large can pears
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 4 sliced bananas
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Drain all fruit.
  2. Cut in bite size pieces.
  3. Place in large baking dish.
  4. Mix cornstarch with the brown sugar.
  5. Sprinkle over fruit.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  7. Cut up bits of butter over top.
  8. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
