  1. Place the pod of garlic into a piece of foil.
  2. Cut the top of the garlic pod to allow butter to seep into the center.
  3. Close the foil around the garlic and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
  4. When done, the garlic will slip out of its peel easily.
  5. Spread on hot buttered bread or mix with butter for a flavorful garlic butter.
