Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup candy coated chocolate pieces
  • 3/4 cup peanut candy coated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or skillet.
  3. In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, cream margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
  4. Beat in the egg.
  5. At low speed, stir in the flour and baking soda until well blended.
  6. Evenly spread the dough into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle marshmallows and candies on top.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan or on a wire rack.
  10. Cut into wedges to serve.
