Ingredients

  • 1 large can cut green beans
  • 1 medium can cut green beans
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from the green beans and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Salt the green beans well.
  3. Fry the bacon until crispy and drain excess fat.
  4. Allow the bacon to slightly cool, then crumble it into small pieces.
  5. In the bacon fat, add sugar and vinegar; stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. Pour the vinegar mixture over the green beans.
  7. Crumble the cooked bacon over the top of the green beans.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
