Baked Ham Concord
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cover ham with water and add cloves, cinnamon, onions and allspice.
- Simmer slowly for 20 minutes per pound of ham.
- Remove any skin and cut fat in a crisscross design.
- Put ham in roasting pan and cover with mixture of bread crumbs and brown sugar.
- Bake 5 minutes in a 450° oven.
- Reduce heat to 300° and baste with grape juice every few minutes.
- Bake 18 minutes per pound at 300°.
