Baked Hamburger Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup French dressing
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 18 soda crackers, crushed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix well the hamburger, egg, onion, dressing, ketchup, crackers, salt and pepper.
  2. Make into balls then flatten and place in greased, 9x13" baking dish pan.
  3. Combine soup and water and mix well then pour over hamburger balls.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
