Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup undiluted frozen orange juice

Instructions

  1. Lay the ham on heavy foil and pour the brown sugar and orange juice mixture over it.
  2. Stick 6 to 8 whole cloves into the ham.
  3. Fold the foil to seal the ham securely.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes per pound of ham.
  5. When done, punch holes in the bottom of the foil to let the liquid drain out.
