Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 to 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers
  • garlic salt
  • 2 cans white Shoepeg corn

Instructions

  1. Melt the cream cheese, milk, and butter together.
  2. Drain the cans of white Shoepeg corn.
  3. Add garlic salt and sliced jalapeno peppers to the melted mixture.
  4. Combine the corn with the cheese mixture.
  5. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350°F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
