Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can potato soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • onion salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together sour cream, mushroom soup, potato soup, celery soup, onion salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the mixture over the frozen hash brown potatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours until hot and bubbly.
