Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugars until fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla; blend well.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. Spread dough evenly in a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Cool and cut into about 16 wedges.
