Baked Potato Halves

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400*.
  2. Score potato halves with a knife to make grooves.
  3. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Melt butter and stir in garlic and salt; spread evenly across pan.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Sit potatoes cut side down in buttered pan.
  7. Place in preheated oven and bake 40-45 minutes.
