Ingredients

  • a handful spinach, washed and torn
  • 1 sweet red onion, cut in rings
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 to 6 water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Toss the shredded lettuce, torn spinach, red onion rings, sliced eggs, and sliced water chestnuts together in a large bowl.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl.
