Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dip/dressing mix
  • 1 cup fine unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry Ranch dip mix, bread crumbs, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl and toss to mix.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in milk, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  3. Place the coated chicken breasts in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish that has been coated with nonstick spray.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until cooked through and golden.
