Ingredients

  • Pork ribs or country-style ribs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F on broil.
  2. Mix sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and ground ginger together to make the spice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle half of the spice mixture on the top side of the ribs and bake on a rack for 2 hours.
  4. Turn the ribs over and sprinkle with the remaining spice mixture.
  5. Bake for another hour, then serve.
