Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Combine rice, onion soup, water, water chestnuts, and butter in a mixing dish.
  2. Mix well until ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a covered baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
