Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  2. Add sugar and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
