Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 2 packets sweetener
  • 4 dashes nutmeg
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender container.
