Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 cup water
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Place the squash halves cut side down in a baking dish.
  3. Add water to the dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the squash is tender.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then scrape the flesh into strands.
  6. Serve with a pat of butter if desired.
