Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. cream of onion soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli until tender, then drain and lay in a baking dish.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, cream of onion soup, beaten egg, shredded Cheddar cheese, and small can of mushrooms in a pan.
  3. Heat the mixture just to a simmer, then pour evenly over the broccoli in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheese cracker crumbs on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
