Rich, velvety French Silk Fudge features smooth chocolate flavor with a hint of vanilla, perfect for chocolate lovers and ideal for sharing at gatherings or as a decadent treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In top of double boiler, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips over hot water. Remove from heat.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and desired nuts if using.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Turn into a wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
  6. Cut into one-inch squares.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
