Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare the squirrel by cleaning and cutting into serving-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, heat bacon drippings over medium heat and brown the squirrel pieces.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the browned squirrel to thicken the sauce.
